  • Labor Law-Compliant Benefits Management: We carefully managed staff benefits across all departments, ensuring full compliance with UAE Labor Law, from leave entitlements to healthcare provisions.

  • Pre-Approved Visa Quota: We maintained a visa quota of over 4,000 with three on-demand labor supply licenses, allowing rapid mobilization and flexibility.
  • ERP-Enabled Client Portal: Through our in-built ERP, the client could access real-time updates on all onboarded candidates, facilitating transparency and easy workforce tracking.
  • Self-Service Portal for Associates: All associates were given access to a self-service portal for easy viewing of salary slips, leave balances, and other employment details, improving employee autonomy and satisfaction.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Daily and monthly progress reports were generated and shared with the client, ensuring they had full visibility into staffing progress and performance metrics.
