Client Overview

Our client, a global leader in Parabolic Solar Panel projects, partnered with us to execute the monumental Parabolic Trough Connect (PTC) initiative. This project marked a significant milestone, including the execution of the first Parabolic Project for DEWA in Dubai, the world's largest with a capacity of 950 MW power generation.

Challenges

The project spanned a substantial period (July ’19 to Jan ’22), during which the world grappled with the unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite these adversities, Innovations Group, serving as the prime contractor, had to ensure seamless provision and management of project manpower while adhering to contractual obligations and stringent Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

Solution

Innovations Group assumed a pivotal role in managing various aspects of the project, including resourcing, training, recruitment, mobilization, outsourcing of visas, payroll, and insurances. Additionally, we oversaw HSE compliances and provided comprehensive facility management services such as accommodations, catering, and logistics, offering turnkey manpower solutions to the client.
Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, we successfully navigated the project, ensuring that contract administration remained in line with contractual requirements and compliant with the client's stringent HSE standards. The project was completed within the stipulated 33-month timeline, setting a record for both the client and Innovations Management.
